- The Transferor (Lot 6) herby grants, conveys and confirms unto the
Transferee (Lot 7), his successors and assigns and the owner for the time
being of the dominant Tenement forever, an Easement in perpetuity on
and
over the Easement Area, to encroach upon and use the Easement Area
for
all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the Easement
Area,
and without limiting the generality of the foregoing to:
 | a. construct and maintain roads on the Easement Area |
 | b. pass and re-pass over and across the Easement Area
either with
or without animals or motor vehicles,
implements and other things
which the Transferee may
reasonably require to move across the
Easement Area |
 | c. build and maintain a fence of the three sides of the
Easement
Area which do not front on water |
 | d. construct, use and maintain any improvements on the
Easement
Area |
 | e. the full, free and uninterrupted right for the Transferee
and
anybody authorized by the Transferee to enter upon
the Easement
Area to inspect, repair and enjoy the said
improvements |
 | f. pasture livestock on the Easement Area |
 | g. harvest timber from the Easement Area and reforest
the Easement
Area as the Transferee see fit |
 | h. use the Easement Area for recreational purposes |
 | i. build and maintain a dock in any area of that portion of
the
lake which fronts on the Easement Area |
